If the rent is not received within 5 days of the due date, you will be responsible for paying a late fee which is equal to five percent (5%) of the monthly rent, and an additional $2.00 per day for each day rent is unpaid after the 5 days following the due date.

Payment by worthless check shall be deemed as non-payment of rent. There is a $28.00 NSF Fee for any check returned for insufficient or uncollected funds.
