Locked Out?

If you are locked out of your apartment, please call us during business hours at 217-344-0394 or after business hours at 217-369-5750. Our business hours are 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

There is a lock out charge of $25 during business hours and $75 after business hours, payable when we come to let you in. Photo identification must be presented before we will open the door.

If you have lost your keys or they were stolen, we require that the locks are changed. This will be performed at your expense by our locksmith. The charge for one lock change is usually between $75-$100 and must be paid to the locksmith at the time of the lockchange.
