Moving In

Check In: Please come to our office at 406 N. Lincoln Avenue (on the Southeast corner of University and Lincoln in Urbana) when you are checking in. For residents of apartments, check in is Monday, August 15th, 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. For residents of houses, check in is on Saturday, August 20th from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

If you would like to check in after your check in day, please come during regular business hours of 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday-Friday or call to schedule an appointment.

Please bring:
First month’s rent (check or money order)
A picture ID (Driver’s License, State ID or Passport)

Keys:
No keys will be issued until the first month’s rent has been paid and proper ID has been presented.

If you are planning to have a roommate, please coordinate with them. We generally give all keys to the first roommate that checks in unless other arrangements have been made .

Rent Payment: Rent is due on the 15th of each month, in most cases, beginning 8/15/11. Late fees will be applied for late payments. More information about paying rent.

Utilities:Please be sure to call the utility companies well in advance of your move in date to arrange for services to be turned on.
